Ginger Pear Champagne puts a tasty twist on your typical cocktail. Adding fresh pear juice with this ginger simple syrup makes this drink full of flavor and a hit at every party. Champagne with a fruit hint and a rich syrup puts all other cocktails to shame. It IS perfect to ring in the New Year with, since we’re fancy here.
I used fresh pears in this recipe by simply blending them in a high speed blender and straining the juice through a fine mesh. You can also use store bought pear juice for a quick and simple way to add flavor!
This ginger simple syrup is added at the bottom of each glass with the fresh pear juice giving plain ole champagne flavor and sweetness! The best part about this ginger pear champagne is that you can alter it any way you want by adding different amounts of juice and ginger!
- 1 bottle champagne
- 3/4 cup ginger simple syrup
- 3/4 cup pear juice
- Add 2 tbsp ginger simple syrup and 2 tbsp pear juice in the bottom of each glass
- Slowly pour champagne over ginger pear mix and serve immediately
